Please come early we will need everybody to sign up before we start the meeting. This will assure a smooth running pretournament meeting and a smooth tournament. This will also give people a chance to socialize before we get started. Thanks for your cooperation see you at state.

is there a reason the meeting is so early? it stays light there until like 9:30....
kinda makes it hard for those of us that have to work on friday to get there in time with out driving too crazy, especially on the fun roads on that part of the state...

Jim, the registration and meeting times were kept the same as last year. If I remember correctly, the 6 PM time was picked to allow guys that were fishing on Friday to still have light to retie, get their gear set up, have time to get something to eat, and get a good night's sleep. (if they wanted to) We also have a board meeting following the pretournament meeting. You probably didn't think about the meeting time last year when the tournament was in Oshkosh.

no, it wasnt an issue for me at oshkosh :) , but an issue for guys driving across the state... Perhaps i am the only one driving up the day of...
the good news is that work just changed to an optional schedule of working 4, 9 hour days and only 4 hours on friday... so that saves me...

Sorry to get back to the Jimmy's question from before - what about the guys that are going to be rushed to make it even by 6p.m......Are we able to register for them knowing that they might be making it right at 6p.m.???
